Massage that works for all!
I will be doing some adhoc remote appointments for anyone that needs them. For these session, please email me on email@example.com.
The remote sessions are 20 minutes long, we can discuss what aches/pains/injuries you have and how tome forward with this through movement, self care, stretching and any strength work etc.
I can not wait to get back to hands on work and see all my regulars again. I'm still here if you need me for a chat.
See you soon
At Roks Therapy I work with all ages and the reasons for wanting a treatment vary. It might be that you have a sports injury, stress, poor posture at work or even because of a stubborn headache. A massage can help with not only muscular issues but also great for your mental health!
When we have a pain, a common cold or similar illness, fatigue, chronic pain or injuries, chances are is that it is muscle related in some kind of way. Our muscular system gets overlooked when it comes to our initial thoughts on how to fix ourselves which is not a great idea. If you think about it, if you have an ache, this will effect your blood flow and circulation. This then affects the lactic acid build up in your body which then can create another problem such as the common cold or feeling tired and sluggish. That is one example of how important it is to look after our muscles whether your an athlete or not. Sports Massage, gets right to the source of the muscular problem with various techniques, allowing you to then work on flushing out your system with exercise and nourishments and hey ho, away you go!
