When we have a pain, a common cold or similar illness, fatigue, chronic pain or injuries, chances are is that it is muscle related in some kind of way. Our muscular system gets overlooked when it comes to our initial thoughts on how to fix ourselves which is not a great idea. If you think about it, if you have an ache, this will effect your blood flow and circulation. This then affects the lactic acid build up in your body which then can create another problem such as the common cold or feeling tired and sluggish. That is one example of how important it is to look after our muscles whether your an athlete or not. Sports Massage, gets right to the source of the muscular problem with various techniques, allowing you to then work on flushing out your system with exercise and nourishments and hey ho, away you go!
